| Mac-local loop | Intended architecture. Sensing, evaluation, and music change are meant to stay on a nearby Mac. A September 8 raw Mac-to-iPhone relay was verified; qualified live feedback, calibrated at-ear timing, reliable cognitive-state inference, and benefit are not established. |
| Guided Home | New branded setup for finding the headset, choosing music, and starting a short preview. Advanced tools are kept in their own tab. |
| Saved EEG + local audio | Research Preview includes a 60-second EEG recording and local audio selection. This uses a saved signal; it does not measure your current brain activity. |
| Live EEG feedback | Under development. Raw headset data, signal timing, and the complete listening path still need validation. |
| Apple Music | The Music sheet includes access, catalog and library controls. Apple Music playback is separate from EEG testing; local files remain the timed-feedback path. Account/service readiness still applies. |

A Neurable headset is required.
To use The Noticing Mind with live brain activity, you’ll need a Neurable EEG headset, purchased separately. Our current development hardware is the Neurable MW75 Neuro.
Neurable handles headset sales, pricing, and availability. Live headset support in The Noticing Mind is still in development; contact us about current compatibility before purchasing specifically for this app.
The interactive website demonstration works without hardware. It offers sound, music, and video with illustrative feedback timing.
